Uair, the low cost airline of Uruguay, operates a fleet of Fokker 100s on flights from its main base at Montevideo Airport to destinations in Argentina and Brazil.

On this program we fly in the cockpit of the F-100 to 3 destinations in Argentina and 3 destinations in Brazil. We follow the pilots at work, listen in to communications with Air Traffic Control, get explanations about the aircraft and flights and witness great scenery on the way.

A couple of flights are filmed in the cabin and the dvd includes a brief tour of the city of Montevideo.

The dvd of the first Uruguayan low cost airline provides some of the best views of south american airports, such as Montevideo and Curitiba! Uair ceased operations so this dvd is a collectable!

The Uair program is a very nice presentation of the airline company and the Fokker 100! The cockpit presentation and walkaround are interesting to see and I especially like the flight in the cabin and the great scenery across the Pampas region of Central Argentina with some beautiful cloud formation. The external views of the Fokker 100 fleet are also nicely photographs. The sightseeing tour of Montevideo is good too. I am looking forward to many more World Air Routes programs!

This DVD that I just ordered days ago was in my mailbox one day after being sent from Boston, Mass! (I live in Vermont, about 150 miles away) It is well-done, and the photography and the newer cabin service shots and the amazing views of the South American countryside make this a "must buy'"! I did not plan on watching this DVD all at once, but the good editing and the constant "little things" that the crew does now to keep the viewer "part of the flight", is keeping "justplanes" at the top of the game!
