This DVD starts off with a round trip onboard the Dash 8 Q400 from Luxemburg to Frankfurt. We start off with our captain making his final preparations for the flight as we review the fuel, NOTAMS, route and weather. Before the departure, viewers are able to follow along as the captain completes the preflight walk around inspection and the before takeoff briefing.

After the landing at Frankfurt, our first officer gives the viewers a cockpit presentation which covers the overhead panel, FMS, MFD, PDF and other features of the Dash 8. The captain also discusses with the viewers some of the controls that are located on his side of the cockpit which includes the nose wheel steering and the HUD.

Our second round trip was much more exciting than the first since it takes us from Luxemburg to London City Airport onboard the ERJ-135. Highlights of this flight including cockpit reviews, briefings that cover various phases of flight and the beautiful and exciting steep approach into London City Airport. The return flight was equally interesting as it featured a steep takeoff out of London city and a nice approach back to Luxemburg in rainy weather.

Finally, we jump onboard the 737-700 on our last round trip from Luxemburg to Djerba. After an introduction to the flight crew and a quick review of the routing and fuel by the captain, we jump onboard the 737 as the crew completes their prestart up checklist. Highlights of this flight include amazing views of the Alps and a very thorough cockpit presentation.

I think this DVD is quite interesting since it features 3 great aircrafts and some very exciting destinations. Overall I think this DVD will appeal to anyone who loves the Q400, E145/135 and the 737. Well done. Reviewed by AvSim

This dvd goes straight to my Top list of dvd's from Just Planes. Luxair is a small but very professional airline, and after watching this program you can really appreciate the hard work of Luxair's crews. In addition, you get to sit in the cockpit of some great aircraft which are not that common in the series of Just Planes as far as I know, like the Embraer 135 and the Dash Q-400. This was my first DVD purchase from Just Planes. I really enjoyed the cockpit videos from Luxair where the pilots gave detailed explanations of all the cockpit instruments and explained their actions as they piloted their aircraft to their respective destinations. I also really enjoyed the videos taken at Luxembourg Findel Airport as I had previously lived in Luxembourg from 2001-2009 and I have passed through that airport multiple times.  I have also flown with Luxair multiple times; they are a professional and high-quality service airline.  I would recommend this DVD to anyone with an interest in aviation, piloting airplanes, and Luxair.  The enjoyment I had with this Just Planes DVD has encouraged me to purchase more of the Just Planes DVD's available for sale. Thank you very much Just Planes for featuring a DVD with Luxair and Luxembourg Findel airport as that particular airline and airport have a special significance to me.
