Good stuff! Thanks for all your efforts. Richard Zink, USA
The
Icelandair DVD is great. Firstly because of the
scenery. hands down beautiful. Second because its
nice to see 757-300 operations as its more rare
that the dash 200 series and I can't forget about
some of the incredible airports we fly into in
Iceland. One that comes to mind is actually
pictured on the last row of photo samples here. The
airport is virtually on the side of a mountain.
Very cool and some very challenging flying indeed
within the country of Iceland.

Congratulations
for this great DVD. It's very interesting because
some of the most used jets in the medium range are
the 757's. The flights in the little airplanes are
wonderful. The striving into the fiords to land the
airplane, making complex turns and avoiding at low
altitude some obstacles, shows anyone the
magnificent skills of the pilots. The scenery is
breathtaking and this is one of my favorite DVD's
from JP. Thank you. Eduardo

The
flight from LHR-KEF was the best. I loved the
takeoff from Heathrow, and then the views in the
Business Class cabin. I loved the flights
throughout Iceland. I went there a few years ago,
and alot of it looks familiar.

I
received the Icelandair DVD last weekend and have
watched it at least 5 times already. Not only do we
get the usual great cockpit action, but the flights
within domestic Iceland contain AWESOME scenery!! I
am planning to take a trip to Iceland because of
this program (surprisingly inexpensive airfare
from the US helps too) and I can't wait. The
flight to Isafjurdur is my favorite and I am
going to make that flight part of my itinerary. All
of the take-offs and landings in Reykjavic are
great too! Thanks for another awesome DVD!! Amy

Another
EXCELLENT DVD by World Air Routes featuring Iceland
with some wonderful scenery. Absolutely great views
of the icebergs - something I have only seen in
photos. Excellent showcase of the B757-200 and
B757-300 as well. Keep up the great work. Stan

I
received the Icelandair and Air Iceland DVD a few
days ago. I Love it. The scenery is spectacular,
And at time the flights at low altitude make it
easier to see the beauty of Iceland. The Fokker and
and the Metro aircraft really make for a scenic
flight around Iceland. The pilots give of lot of
good information about the aircraft. The 757 is a
nice plane as well, I enjoyed the flights from
Iceland to Sweden and Scotland, and England. I
would very much love to visit Iceland after viewing
this DVD. My Thanks to the Crews at Justplanes.
keep up the great work. Thanks also to the
Icelandair and Air Iceland Crews. John

Thank
you for yet another great dvd. Having visited
Iceland on one of Icelandair's 757-300's to
keflavik from london this dvd brought back some
great memories. The footage of various other
airports as well as the spectacular scenery has
made me book my 3rd trip to Iceland to try some of
thier internal flights, especially to Akureyri. Mark

The
Icelandair & Air Iceland DVD program is a very
good one! Really great scenery in Iceland,
Greenland, Faroe Islands, United Kingdom and
Sweden! I was surprised that Icelandair has a fleet
practically only of Boeing 757s 200/300 series.
This is my favorite Boeing aircraft type and I
therefore really enjoyed the many spectacular shots
of this aircraft flightdeck. The Air Iceland part
was even better in my opinion, with incredible
takeoffs, approaches and landings, principally the
landing at Isafjurdur, in Iceland, that was very
impressive indeed! Another great program by
Worldairroutes! Congratulations!!!

Way
to go guy, I most definitely enjoyed the Icelandair
DVD especially the trip to Greenland in the
Sweringen Metroliner. Right now the airplane is not
in first line regional service with any of the
major carriers. And what can I say about the Boeing
757. It is still one of my favorite planes and this
DVD features all the good parts along with shots of
the -300 model. Keep up the good work!

In
addition to the great cockpit footage one has come
to expect from the World Air Routes titles this dvd
in particular highlights the really spectacular
scenery as found in Iceland and Greenland.
Beautiful mountains, deep fjords, awesome glaciers
and icebergs. It's evident that the pilots on this
film have gone to great lengths accommodating the
film crew in capturing the best shots possible. The
low level flights around Isafjordur in northern
Iceland and Kulusuk, Greenland comes to mind. One
also gets to see some of the famous sights in
Reykjavik, the "Pearl" which is a striking modern
building where the town's hot water tanks are
topped by a glass-domed revolving restaurant and
the impressive Hallgrimskirkja church. Likewise on
the final approach into Keflavik from Stockholm,
Sweden the geothermally heated water of the "Blue
Lagoon" is easily spotted from the flight deck of
the 757-200. Probably the best cockpit dvd that
I've seen so far!

The
Icelandair/Air Iceland dvd is fantastic! An
interesting mix of aircraft types and a lot of
spectacular scenery. A major highlight is the Metro
flights to and from Kulusuk, Greenland, with a very
low altitude flight around the vicinity of the
airstrip for close-up looks at the very mountainous
terrain and icebergs floating in the bay. This
footage is awesome! An informative cockpit tour is
included at Kulusuk. It's great to see the Metro
featured on a World Air Routes program. I've been
looking forward to this for a long time. Another
highlight is the Fokker 50 trip to Isfjordur with a
spectacular and difficult approach through the
fjord to the runway at the foot of a steep
mountain. The 757 flights are also very nice with
more good scenery and a couple of trips on the -300
featuring a description of the differences between
the -300 and -200 and some good shots of the cabin.
A really enjoyable program! Greg
