I have just watched the Everts Air Cargo dvd and I thought it was excellent. I really liked the in cockpit views during takeoff and landing I hope many more programs in future. Compliments, very great work!!!

Yet another fantastic DVD. Everyone at Everts can be proud of themselves, they all took time out to tell us about the jobs they did and in great detail. It was great to have the flight engineers show us how they refuel the plane and how much they put in the tanks, also the fine gentleman at the engine overhaul shop who told us in detail about the great engines and also about the C checks etc. It was also excellent to see the flight crew working hard at the controls in the very gusty conditions when they were landing and how much more the FE is involved on the flight deck keeping the props in sync. The views through the windows of Alaska were breathtaking, and what a great job the crew do with only a small sat nav to get them around with very few nav aids. This is a brilliant DVD again and I strongly advise airplane fans to buy this as it is a once in a lifetime chance to be flying in the DC 6, and also the air to air formation flying a rare sight and one never seen before. Well done again Just Planes.    Brian Bentley, UK

A very interesting and enjoyable program on the Everts DC-6 fleet! A very rare experience today to fly on one of the most legendary and historically important airliners and a huge treat for propline fans like me. Nicely done presentations by several of the people of Evert Air Cargo including 2 Flight Engineers and a very interesting look into Everts Fairbanks maintenance base, including some close up looks at the big Pratt & Whitney R-2800 18 cylinder engines outside of their nacelles. Another treat is to hear the road of those engines on the many DC-6 flights featured on this DVD and to view the spectacular mountain scenery of Alaska from relatively low altitudes in winter. Also some spectacular close up air to air photography of a DC-6 and EMB-120 flying in close formation over more beautiful Alaska scenery in summer. A very highly recommended program with great camera work and a must see for all propliner fans! Thank you World Air Routes! You've done it again! Fantastic!   Greg Rowland, USA

Well this is my 40th WAR DVD and I must say it is the most thrilling of the bunch. Every flight on this DVD has the pilots flying by the seat of their pants. The landing into Unakakleet is worth the price of the DVD alone. You can almost see the pilots sweating! If your a fan of "old fashion flying" this DVD is for you. Well done WAR team!

I was very excited to see you produce this DVD because this one really takes you back in time. It brought back many memories of watching DC 6's at airports like Washington National and New York LaGuardia. It also made me remember a flight I took from New York to Washington DC on a Northeast Airlines DC 6B.
Seeing the DVD reminded me of how far we have come in air travel, because most of it I watched flying on a trip NRT-DFW-NRT on an American Airlines 777, which is fly by wire. On the DC 6, the pilots and flight engineer really were "flying."  The DVD also showed a lot of Alaska, which I only get to see at 35,000 from a 777 flying to NRT. The explanations from the pilots and other employees at Everts Air Cargo gave a good feel and description of their work, which they seemed to really enjoy.
This DVD is a truly wonderful memory of the sights and sounds of DC 6's, which you don't see very many today. About the only thing missing from the DVD is the smell of the ramp, and the new airplane smell from inside the cabin!
I will enjoy watching this one many times again.
