The Aviacsa program is a very enjoyable DVD in the series because it features two classic aircraft in the 727-200 and 737-200 flying routes all over Mexico. From the huge population centre of Mexico City to the beautiful resorts of Cancun and Acapulco we get a great look of a country with diverse geography. Cockpit presentations on both aircraft types were very thorough and I was very interested in the fact that a lot of ATC communication was done in the mother tongue, Spanish. I also enjoyed the usual cabin view on the port side of our 737-200 to wrap up the video and its always interesting to see those clamshells open up after touchdown for reverse thrust on the 737-200. Long take-off rolls at airports of high elevation such as Mexico City and Guadalajara were very interesting. Mexico City looked stunning at night and you really developed an appreciation for its size during this time of day. Mexicali also was very interesting for it looked like a more sparsely populated area in the country with a desert type of geography. Thank you for the presentation about the airline from a company spokesman as well as an explanation of the operations of the airline by a company pilot. All in all, a great DVD and highly recommended to all as it was to me.

One
of my favorite DVD's is the one of Aviacsa. In the DVD we
see only Mexican destinations what makes the DVD very nice
and different from others. I have visited Mexico for a
number of times and love to see a number of airports back on
my screen. Another item that is depicted good is the
approach to MMMX, where we can see the enormous size of
Mexico City. I hope that we can expect soon more DVD's from
Mexican airlines.

I
can't stop but watch this video over and over again. The
landings in Mexico City at night are the best I've seen.
Arriving in Mexico City at nights casts a big shadow over
the major cities. Good cockpit presentations and overall
video.

From
1983 to 1991 I spent 7 out of 9 Christmas in Mexico
(Acapulco and Mexico City). During that time I had the
chance to fly in and out of both airports. I especially
enjoyed the takeoffs from ACA (with a view of Acapulco). And
I always enjoyed the landings into MEX (especially the
approach and landing on to runway 05R). So the Aviacsa DVD
brings back wonderful memories. I want to thank Michel
Moskal and the people at Justplanes for doing a fantastic
job with the production of this DVD. I enjoyed all of the
takeoffs and landing into MEX and ACA and the scenery of
Acapulco and Mexico City. Please keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
John

This
one really is a winner! Great aircraft, interesting airline
and amazing scenery! The cockpit presentations are very
complete, including the Flight Engineer s panel on the
727. The night approaches into Mexico City are truly
spectacular, and the company information provided a good way
to learn about this interesting airline.
