Astra Airlines, the 229th airline to join the World Air Routes becomes the 1st airline of Greece in the series! Astra, based at Thessaloniki Airport, was launched in 2008 and operates a pair of BAe146-300s on charter flights within Greece and to several other countries.
This DVD takes you on flights to 5 destinations within Greece as well as flights to Cyprus and Ukraine. You're on board for 10 flights icluding 9 in the cockpit and 1 in the cabin. Pilots give you explanations on the flights including departure and arrival routes with many visual approaches for ideal views of the wonderful scenery! The program includes the first visit to Chios, the 18th Greek airport in the series!

A good scenery DVD, not sure what is more beautiful, the mountains and sea views or the cabin staff, but overall this program provides a good feeling for the areas where the airline operates. Long live the BAE 146!!

I wanted to congratulate for this great DVD. Beautiful pictures are in flight, Greece is always nice to offer beautiful landscapes. Excellent playback in the cockpit, I recommend this DVD for the subject aircraft the Bae146 really beautiful.

Just watched this dvd. Quite nice, I really enjoyed the scenery. The last flight, filmed in the cabin, was my favorite. I would have like more info about the aircraft, and found the crews too quiet .Andre Tremblay, CANADA |
