Air Slovakia, based in Bratislava and created in 1993, operated a fleet of Boeing 737 & 757 aircraft on scheduled and charter flights to destinations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

On this program we join the 757 on a roundtrip flight to Italy, then India and ending with Israel. See and hear the pilots at work from the aircraft walkaround to the various briefings and cockpit presentations. As usual there is always interesting scenery to see on the World Air Routes flights and we visit Amritsar for the first time in the series.

If you are a fan of the Just Planes videos, Air Slovakia 757 is a worthwhile flight to watch and learn from. The friendly flight crew take the viewer on a great tour of the B757 from the Captain who does an excellent job of explaining the airplanes features during his walkaround. As far as the inflight filming is fantastic quality from the jumpseat you can see the take-off in action from engine start to landing. The Captain also explains the cockpit systems to the viewer such as TCAS and others. There is also informative departure briefings so you know what is coming in each flight. I would recommend this video to the seasoned fan or a person who is interested in what goes on behind the scenes and in the cocpit of todays commercial jets.

It's great watching a old pro like Cpt. Wagner in this DVD. He even corrects the F/O on occasion (very funny). The footage of the last landing at LZIB is excellent as well.
